Order Cancellation Policy

All orders begin processing immediately upon placement and are transmitted directly to our fulfillment network. Due to our automated order processing system, most orders are non-cancellable once submitted.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If fulfillment can be stopped before shipping, a 5% processing fee will be applied to all approved cancellations. Please contact us immediately at sales@extremereloading.net or 888-702-2341 if you need to request a cancellation.

Return Policy

Ammunition Returns

Due to federal regulations, safety considerations, and hazardous materials shipping restrictions, all ammunition sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued on ammunition products.

Firearms, Accessories & Other Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened items in original, unused condition with all original packaging and materials.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to returning any item
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at sales@extremereloading.net within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for RMA approval before shipping items back

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Description of the issue

Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. We will cover return shipping for verified defective or damaged products. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Shipping Damage

All packages should be inspected upon delivery. If you notice shipping damage:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Take photos of the packaging and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in denied claims.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Refunds will reflect the product cost minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Ammunition (all types)
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Special order or custom items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Order Verification

We reserve the right to verify orders and may contact you for additional information before processing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-refundable. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Inspection Period

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery and before use. Any issues must be reported within the timeframes specified in this policy.

Processing & Fulfillment

Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may have extended processing times. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

This policy complies with all applicable federal and state laws. If your state has specific consumer protection requirements that supersede any portion of this policy, those state-specific requirements will apply.
