Welcome to Extreme Reloading. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.extremereloading.net and the purchase of products from Extreme Reloading, operated by Extreme Ventures LLC, a Kentucky corporation.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Returns & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Extreme Reloading. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to request verification of age before processing any order. Providing false information regarding your age may result in order cancellation and account termination.

3. Product Information and Availability

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. In the event a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute product.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product, even after order confirmation. If your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

Displayed Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Final totals, including all fees and taxes, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Credit Card Processing Fee

A processing fee is added to all credit card and debit card transactions to cover the cost of payment processing. This fee:

  • Does not exceed our actual cost of credit card acceptance
  • Is clearly displayed at checkout as “Card Price Adjustment”
  • Can be avoided by choosing alternative payment methods (check or bank transfer)

Dual Pricing Display

All products display two prices:

  • Cash Price: Available when paying by check or bank transfer
  • Card Price: Reflects the processing fee for credit card payments

You will see the exact total, including any processing fees, taxes, and shipping charges, before completing your order.

Shipping Locations

We ship to most U.S. states. However, due to federal, state, and local regulations regarding ammunition and firearms-related products, we cannot ship to all locations. Shipping restrictions may apply based on:

  • Carrier restrictions

During checkout, you will be notified if we cannot ship to your address. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate shipping restrictions.

Shipping Methods and Times

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed immediately upon placement and transmitted directly to our fulfillment network. Some items may ship directly from manufacturers and may have extended processing times.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-refundable. Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Delivery and Signature Requirements

Signature upon delivery is generally not required unless specified for certain products or at your request. However, we recommend being available to receive packages or providing delivery instructions to prevent theft or damage.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Ammunition Returns

All ammunition sales are final. Due to federal regulations, safety considerations, and hazardous materials shipping restrictions, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are issued on ammunition products.

Other Products

Firearms, accessories, and other non-ammunition products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unopened, unused condition with original packaging. A 10% restocking fee and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) are required.

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated processing system, most orders are non-cancellable once submitted. Cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case, and a 5% processing fee applies to approved cancellations.

7. Product Safety and Proper Use

Ammunition Safety

Ammunition is inherently dangerous and must be handled with care. By purchasing ammunition from Extreme Reloading, you acknowledge:

  • You understand proper ammunition storage and handling procedures
  • You will store ammunition safely away from children and unauthorized users
  • You will only use ammunition in firearms designed for that specific caliber
  • You assume all risks associated with ammunition possession and use

Reloading Components

Reloading ammunition requires specialized knowledge and equipment. Improper reloading can result in serious injury or death. You acknowledge that:

  • You have the knowledge and experience necessary to safely reload ammunition
  • You will follow all manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
  • You assume all risks associated with reloading ammunition

Warnings and Instructions

Always read and follow all manufacturer warnings, instructions, and safety information included with products. Failure to follow safety guidelines may result in serious injury or death.

8. Limitation of Liability

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTREME RELOADING (EV LLC) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the product

You acknowledge that firearms, ammunition, and related products are inherently dangerous and assume all risks associated with their purchase, possession, and use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extreme Reloading (EV LLC), its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of products purchased from us or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition and firearms-related products.

Prohibited Persons

By placing an order, you certify that you are not prohibited by law from purchasing or possessing ammunition or firearms-related products.

Export Restrictions

Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export products in violation of such laws.
